NPUA guidance to umpires on the 2009 rules of indoor hockey

From the NPUA website, guidance for the new rules has been produced by David ‘Tex’ Lane.

As with the outdoor guidance published earlier this year, this document has been endorsed by both England Hockey and the FIH, so it can and, in my view, should be taken as authoritative in any jurisdiction playing with the 2009-2010 Indoor Rules of Hockey.
